They have a major problem. They aren't close to closing , but they have a problem.

There is not a national sorority that would touch UT with a 10 foot pole. For one, land and housing is an issue. Two, this school is so catty and unpanhellenic, no new group would survive.

The problem is %legacies in other more established houses , set patterns of recruitment and offering of bids,, UT admission issues, increased sophomores rushing, high rates of dropping out if pnm's don't get to the house they want or thought they would get freshman year, All of these things make recruitment hard for the smaller/lower tier houses. Your negative comments on GR also don't help. If reputation is the issue.....well, there's probably not much room to talk.
