Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana), West (SDSU, U Dub, Arizona, etc.) It's surprising to see them this low at UT.

They have a looong way to even lower middle tier, but they seem to be avoiding a lot of the pitfalls other bottom tier frats have fallen into. Their guys try a little too hard and their house is tiny but other than that they at least don't bid too many creeps and consistently recruit around 15-20 new guys every year.

They have potential but they need to keep up their recent success and not have such a crappy house.

Kind of a no-name bottom tier fraternity. New house puts them up with Acacia, Delta Sig, and Zeta Psi as a kind of there but not really fraternity. Some of their brothers are chill but try really really hard, some of their brothers are extremely weird. Maybe in a few years they'll get better, but it's a big maybe that hinges more on how lucky they get with finding good rushees before the other three houses mentioned than anything else.

Went to one of their tailgates for the first time and had a great time. Didn't know any of the guys before, but seems like they're heading in the right direction. I think they have about a 20 man pledge class so for sure growing

Didn't pledge here but met a few of the guys during rush. Have a decent house and most of the brothers were chill, with a few exceptions

Decent group of guys, but definetly bid mostly older guys that were rejects or freshmen don't know any better. Decent brotherhood but no sorority relations what so ever. New house is a step up, but too small and have to many issues to grow in the right direction

These guys just got a new house on 22nd and Pearl. Doesn't look big from the outside but its huge once you walk in because of how deep it goes back. One of the brothers gave me a tour and told me all what they had planned and it sounded exciting. Oh! They also have two adorable puppies!! One lab and one german shepherd. The brothers all seemed nice too. They were all playing corn hole in the back and it looked like a fun time. Excited to see what they have planned for the fall

Good looking guys with decently fun parties and good tailgates. Not really popular and they don't seem too involved around the campus/community. Middle-lower tier, but they seem to have a decent foundation in place and if they can get 3-4 good pledge classes they could move up, but as of right now there is room for improvement.
