Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 is that they dont have a good house which limits pledge class size and party size... get a new house and couple of 25-30 member pledge classes and they would be in the top of the middle tier

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.5 This group of guys is one of the most genuine and fun group of guys around. They lack a good house which hurts the volume of their parties. However, every guy I have met have been some of the most down to earth, yet fun to party with guys at UT.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.3 im in a top tier fraternity, and I can honestly say they are cooler dudes than most of the middle tier frats. I have a few classes with these guys and they always look pretty fratty. The biggest thing thats holding them back is the house situation. If they got a legit house they could easily move into the middle tier (granted there isnt much competition in the middle)

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.5 I've been to a few of their parties and I actually really like the guys in this fraternity. Whenever I go to one of their parties, I know that I'll have a good time. They're not super popular, but their parties have grown exponentially since the beginning of the semester. It's really just about time.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.5 I didn't actually realize we had Pi Kapps at UT until last night when I was asked to crash one of their parties. They actually have a decent sized chapter, but I don't think they have a house. The rush captain came up to me, so I pretended to be interested. He was a bit awkward. They didn't seem like awful guys though; it just seemed like the organization lacks clear direction. From my understanding though, they haven't been around long, so maybe things will change for them.
