Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.2 I'm in a top tier fraternity and can honestly say the Pi Kapps I know are pretty cool guys. Having the Phi Psi house is big for them but having that land is even bigger. They need to demolish that dump and build a real house.. If that happens they will be top of the middle tier. The only way they can become top tier is getting about more 15 pledge class cycles with 45+ quality guys. This is an honest rating, don't know why there are so many haters on this site

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.0 They're a pretty weird group. There are a couple of members who do all the work, and the rest of the fraternity depend on them to improve their house. It's like hanging out with paupers who think they're princes and then get mad when girls aren't interested. The only thing they have going for them is their involvement in philanthropies- they seem to be pulling their weight at that.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 5.0 This chapter is going to be middle tier on campus in a year or two. With the new house comes new opportunities. More sorority relations, better/bigger parties. But forget that, the thing about this chapter is that they are not like any other fraternity. They have class, manners and are not douchebags. What's not to love about a growing fraternity...everyone has to respect the hustle these guys are making.

But forget that, the thing about this chapter is that they are not like any other fraternity. They have class, manners and are not douchebags. What's not to love about a growing fraternity...everyone has to respect the hustle these guys are making.
