Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 It's sad to see other fraternities scared comments against these boys, they have recruited better than a lot of them. Pikapp is a growing chapter here at UT. Obviously they're not on the same level as a Delt or a Pike. It's ignorant to think that. They're getting phi psi's house and knowing these guys personally as friends with a few of the guys, they will grow and become competitive. They are great guys and have brotherhood. They now have a house to finally be competitive with these chapters.
