Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.2 This group has potential but there are 2 things going against it: 1. Pi Kap is very young at UT and doesnt have a well established alumni base. 2. This alumni base probably over stretched to fund the purchase of PhiPsi's old property. That property is rundown, overvalued and costly. Their alumni base wont be able to afford extreme renovations or do a tear down and new house.

Most of their donations are from alumni so i don't know what the hell your talking about.

Their Alumni base are mostly 1-4 years out of college, they can't afford to donate huge amounts.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.4 I hate to say it because they're honestly all nice but they're just too weird. They need to get a solid pledge class to become relevant but I don't see that happening. Ive seen these guys doing too many weird things

I put them in middle tier but it's obvious they are at the very bottom of the middle tier. If they can knock that old phi psi house down, build a nice house and recruit 50+ pledge classes from here on out then they will move up to upper middle or lower upper tier. They're not a bunch of little rich d bags like so many of the other pr1cks in the big fraternities
