Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.2 to keep it real, phi delt isn't a name that people first think of at UT, but they are quickly rising. Oktoberfest and their Halloween party went off this weekend, i had a blast.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 5.0 They're a great group of guys. Top tier until the 90's when they got kicked off campus for burning down their chapter house.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.6 I know they get a bad rap but as a girl who is in a sorority at UT (promise I am one) I really love these guys. If you're looking for a more laid back party scene they're awesome. Not to mention no one is really creepy and you can actually hold a conversation with them without them just trying to take you home. So pretty refreshing compared to pretty much any other fraternity.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.2 These guys have been steadily improving for the past few years, but until they can improve their housing situation (not likely considering their shack is brand new) they're likely to plateau. They distanced themselves from pi Kapp and lambda chi and were right on phi psi's coattail, but now that phi psi is moving to a better house and Pi Kapp is taking their place, they'll probably get left behind.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 With their two houses being mediocre at best, they're dues seem to be high. They somehow have pretty good sorority relationships for what they're working with, but they can't compete until they get an actual house that's not so small. The guys are chill, and they seem to have some good qualities, but they just can't do parties with those houses like the other mid tier frats: phi psi, pike, ATO, and soon possibly pi Kapp

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.6 Not bad. Just not great. One thing I greatly appreciate however is your strong punch. I was smashed enough to endure the rest of the one party I went to, along with the creepy rushees, as one big hilarious charade.
