Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 Tradition and national prestige is what keeps Phi Delt alive here. Phi Delt does so well at most major southern schools. Here, they are mid-tier and they seriously need a bigger house. With the amount of powerful alum they have they could totally do it.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.4 I know they aren't top tier, but Phi Delt has some great guys. Their parties are good, but their house itself could use some work. A few of their newest PC aren't so great, so we'll see what happens from here.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.0 These boys are right with Pi Kapp; the very bottom of the middle tier or the top of the bottom. They have plenty of headway to make before they can actually compete with the KA, ATO, Delt.. etc of the middle tier. There's definitely potential, but a certain need for consolidation with their housing situation.

These boys are right with Pi Kapp; the very bottom of the middle tier or the top of the bottom. They have plenty of headway to make before they can actually compete with the KA, ATO, Delt.. etc of the middle tier. Me being a guy, I think they're pretty chill. The housing situation for them, though isn't changing anytime soon. They don't try to compete with KA and Delt, and they realize they aren't on that level. They definitely rush the same guys as ATO and Pike, but I can confidently say they do a better job rejecting guys who don't belong in greek life
