Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 The negative rankings here must be from other mid tier frats trying to tear these guys down. Phi delt is a great middle frat with nice respectful guys. They mix with middle to lower sororities. I don't know if they mix with spirit groups. They have 2 houses one is for parties. They are great guys not too concerned with rankings. Love me some phi delts.

Aside from the "love me some phi delts" and them being "great" the post is pretty accurate. They are on the lower side of the middle tier but they pretty much exclusively mix with sororities. Very average in most ways though they have apparently had pretty large parties last year and multiple guys in both Cowboys and Spurs. Bad rankings are probably from other middle tiers who feel threatened, which they shouldn't since phi delt has the worst situation property wise by far of the middle tier. Cool yard for parties, house is crap

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.6 These guys are so sweet and I love going to their parties. I know some of the guys personally and all are so great. When I go to their parties I don't have to worry about over drinking because all of the guys are very respectful and take care of their female guests. I witnessed a girl get way to drunk and try to hook up with a guy, but instead he got some of his brothers to help him get the girl home. One of my favorite frats to go to!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.4 Phi Delt officer threw a temper tantrum in the SFL office on campus. Giving UT fraternities a bad name. I know several Phi Delts, and they're not bad guys. This behavior is pretty sad for Phi Delt and Greek Life.
