Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.3 But true. The chpter got its charter pulled in the 90s for having few members and being a crappy chapter , they restarted in 2000 but have been socialy irrelevant ever since. Theyre going to fade into oblivion if theyre not already there.
