cant go to a delt party without cops running through handing out tickets. they always get shut down too

This is not true ! Not one single party at Delt has been shut down by the police. No one gets tickets here. Not Hazard, Decades, Makong, or Round Up. Police do not have the jurisdiction to enter private property. The Fraternity houses here at UT are not owned by the university. They are privately owned by alumni. The only party that got shut down was Mekong. This was entirerly bc the fire marshal never signed off on the permiit even when Delt did every thing right on their end and had the permiit ready to be signed off and cleared two weeks before to the party. The paper work was just sitting on the fire marshals desk but they never signed it. The party then got shut down. But not by the police. It was the fire marshal and NO ONE GOT TICKETS. Also Delt round up this year was one of the only house that didn't get shut down. Most of the other houses did. So whoever made the claim above is simplying lying because they want underage kids to think they will get fined or arrest if they go to Delt.

Their old line guys: Quality, once comprised a house that was close to top tier or top tier Their new line guys: "Duude, I'm like in a frat now so I can f ck any girl I want to cause I'm the man... right?" Seriously though, their rush team really needs to get their sh1t together before these new line creeps take over the chapter.

The majority of the negative comments are from fellow fraternities posing as girls, particularly sigma chis. I know for a fact that a sigma chi did one bc I know him. Delt is a good upper middle fraternity. I enjoy it every time I go. There are some good apples and bad apples like every fraternity, but the good ones outweigh the bad. I know some really great guys here, and my best friend's boyfriend is a Delt. They're upper middle. Just wanted to give an honest girl's reply, not a Sigma chis
