Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.2 I went to tropics with my friends and it was one of the best parties among different fraternities rush events. Also, They seem to know each other very well, and make you feel welcome. They are doing their stuff the right way.

However, with that comes the fact that extremely sketchy people show up at their parties and that they are terrible at doing anything that requires even a little responsibility.
