Im not in a sorority but I have friends in a few of the ones on campus. Phi Sig hands down is the most accepting especially for someone that isnt in their organization. They actually try to be your friend and involve you. They might not volunteer at every single charity event but they know the actual meaning of a sisterhood and being a genuine person. Just because they know how to have fun doesn't mean they're bad people. They have always been my favorite group at monmouth

1) This sorority has literally tried so hard to be on the same level as ZTA & Dphie at this school. They have never even come close. Phi sig is basically all the rejects from both of those sororities. 2) They are soley based on having cool pictures and making themselves look like they live cool lives while meanwhile you never see these girls out or having fun. They have the worst personalities ever but just pose to look cool. 3) Their mixers are PAINFUL. Ive talked to 15 different people that have shared the same experience of just being super uncomftorable. When they rush u they literally dont want to talk to you and leave it up to you to keep the conversation going.

one thing i really admire about this sorority is that they don’t bother having a degrading process, they want the girls in the sorority to actually feel like their sisters through hanging out and being friends instead of intimidating them and “putting them in their place” like other sororities. they’re the cooler/artsier of the top three, whereas dphie all look like mob wives or real housewives and zta try to be “classier” but just come off as conservative and boring sometimes.

Them and Dphie are top tier and everyone knows it, zta wants to be in the mix but keeps getting bad pledge classes. got a hot pledge class again. overall nice girls, fun to party with. spends time with mainly sig pi but has been with different frats all semester. cant blame the girls if some of the guys in sig are beat.

it seems like they are recruiting nicer girls. not the typical dphie girls this year, it seems as if they are trying to change their rep of being the mean and judgy sorority. proud of them and hope to see more progress! same with phi sig.
