Can you be in both a sorority and a Final Club? If not, why?

You can be in both and a sorority and a Final Club unless you are a member of the Bee which does not permit its members to have another affiliation I believe. There are quite a few women who belong to both a sorority and a final club.

I know the bee is very exclusive so it is unlikely I would go there. However, why don't they allow both?
