Switch TDX with Delt and put the lodge up with Theta Chi and you got it spot on

The ranking system tears our fraternity system apart. There are SO many campuses that have strong greek life and differentiate houses based on positive PERSONALITY and PHILANTHROPY and ACADEMICS rather than looks and popularity. Greek life is about overall community, not just within your chapter. If you believe in rankings and putting others down to bring yourself up, I suggest disaffiliating from Greek Life and creating your own set of organizations where you can tear people apart.
All of you immature enough to be ranking each other make me sick. Grow up. Join the the organization you feel a connection with. The end.
