lodge vs. dtd

Trying to decide if I should join lodge or DTD. Lodge has a good rep but seems to be slipping and DTD seems like its growing really quick. Any advice is helpful.

DTD is rising fast from what I hear which helps their social calendar a ton. Meet the guys but my choice is Delt.

I'd go DTD over lodge 100%. Only good thing about lodge is their house.
