Just being honest... but kappa is top tier simply because they have a history of being top tier. Their PC was average to pretty at best. But, their personalities come off as cold and uninviting. I would MUCH rather hangout with girls who are both pretty AND nice (basically almost every other sorority). I see this sorority dropping and I think it's time people realize that as well.
