real frat rankings

Undisputed Top Tier: DU, Kappa Sig
Lower Top Tier: Sig Chi, SAE
Upper Middle Tier: AEPi, Sig Ep, Figi, Theta Chi
Middle Tier: Lodge (Chi Psi), Sammy
Lower Middle Tier: ZBT, Pike, Chi Phi
Lower Tier: DTD, Psi U, everyone else

I really think this is accurate based on what type of girls attend each of these frats' parties, how hard each of these frats go, the level of fun at each party/tailgate, AND LASTLY the type of guy in each fraternity. Feel free to disagree, but this is 100% an accurate ranking.

I feel like this is pretty accurate even though people can argue that SAE should be grouped with DU and Kappa Sig

Mostly accurate but I would argue that SAE is with ksig and du simply bc a lot of girls love them and attend their events. Also would argue that chi phi is bottom tier now that sororities are not actually allowed to support/have events with them.

I'd say sig chi and sae are both in the "top tier" with du and ksig.

However, "top house" might be between either du or ksig.

SAE should be with DU and Kappa Sig and Sig Chi should be lower than those three because they have definitely slipped over the past couple of years but still up there. Top house is either Kappa Sig or DU though.

How are sig chi not in the same tier as the other 3? Not defending them or anything just curious b/c it seems like they hang with top tier sorority girls and you'll see those same girls at their parties & tailgates.

Also why is chi phi bottom tier? Is it because they're off campus and can't do anything official with sororities ? Because they've had their fair share of shine this semester too.

Again just want an explanation. I'm not in either fraternity but these types of things keep coming up

I don't agree with a lot of these comments, I don't think some of you would know top house if it was having a rager right across the street from you. Being top house is so much more than what you all are seeing #TopHouse2016ToForever
