yup switch tri delt and axid. axid is still new and tri delt has been improving which this year's pc cementing the move.

I think pi phi should be moved down. They aren't on the level of axo.
I agree with the placement of axid, since they will have a house next year I think they'll be at least this rank next year.

I think this is a good list, but your tier of top maybe could include a more expansive list of who's Top House. Keep up the rankings though, I'll be eager to see who you think is Top House as the rankings progress.

Personally, I think axid and theta are tied. I don't think ddd is better than theta or axid, but that's just my opinion
