rush
by: TransferI'm planning on transferring next year to Madison and I want to do sorority rush. Is it hard for Sophmore girls to rush/get into a good house?

IMO, personality and looks (like, you're put together and have decent style) matter more than class standing. There were sophomores in every pledge class this year, except maybe Kappa (but they've taken them in the past). Although in some sororities (AEPhi, Gamma Phi, DG and AXO all come to mind), most (if not all) of their sophomore pledges were either legacies or friends with multiple people in the house already (transfers included).
