fraternities
by: TransferI'm transferring here in the spring and am definitely going to rush. I don't know anyone in any fraternities so I don't really know anything about the fraternities. Can someone please give me an honest review of each fraternity there? Thanks!

SIGEP: Focused on continual, holistic member development that promotes balanced living and combats desctructive behavior, the Balanced Man Program is more than just a program — it’s the center of the SigEp experience. The program is founded upon five philosophical tenets and takes the form of four self-paced challenges that span throughout the college career.

Can you say "throw down" more please? Thanks.
I don't think DU is top house. More like a tie with Kappa Sig, and SAE and Sigma Chi second and third---sorta like on the sorority side Kappa/GPhi tied for first, with DG and AXO second and third. I really like FIJI and Theta Chi (Theta "Bye"---wtf). I would put Sig Ep in the same category as them. On the girl side, it'd be APhi/PiPhi.
If you really want to find out the reps of the frats, there's some good threads on here, but they are from awhile back. You just have to look for them.

The Balanced Man Program is based on continuous, single-tier development divided between four challenges. Balanced Man Program chapters will have the opportunity to participate in four challenges that progress throughout their entire college experience.
Members in the Sigma Challenge will focus on time management skills and chapter orientation. The Phi Challenge will help emerging leaders develop leadership skills and gentlemanly behavior.
The Epsilon Challenge provides members opportunities to tackle leadership positions within the chapter and campus community, as well as develop a sense of civility. Lastly, members in the Brother Mentor Challenge will focus on their experience after college and will begin developing professional skills for the working world.
