If you are going to spring rush, can you still live in the frat house next year? Just wondering with leases and everything

Most of the time, no. I wouldn't bank on it but it does happen when some houses aren't filled.

If you don't get a chance to live in the house the fall semester after you pledge, in most cases, you can live in the year after.
