Is it harder to get in a fraternity here as a transfer? How open are the fraternities about transfers? Thanks!

it's possible but it will be harder. look more towards the medium or smaller sized chapters to maximize your options

So would sigep take sophomore transfers or not. DU? Fiji?

Fiji takes a couple sophomores every fall, if you're a good fit I'd assume they wouldn't not give you a bid because you're a transfer. Don't know about other frats tho

why don't the bigger frats take sophomore transfers? or even sophomores in general?

not necessarily true. im in a bigger frat and we usually take a few sophomores each year
