As for if they are cool: they are def a step down from the top. They still throw parties but they are always pretty lowkey. They dont have great relationships with the top sororities but have great ones with aphi/piphi. They dont really care bout their "status" which is refreshing but also means they are not actively getting a lot better. Overall def middle tier, absolutely worth rushing.
