how to get a bid?

I'm looking right now at rushing sigep, fiji, and theta chi in the spring.
What kind of a person do you have to be to get a bid at those places.
I'm asking because I want to be sure that those are the right places for me to rush.

Be a normal, socially capable guy. These fraternities are desirable top/middle fraternities that are active in Greek life. They have some type of relation with almost every sorority, are active in philanthropies and Humorology, and throw parties. You'll know if you fit in based on the conversations you have and the effort you put in.
