Yes, it is possible but you're really going to have to make a strong effort. If you've been to a lot of events already at the houses, sorry to say but no matter how much effort you put in, you probably aren't the right fit. But if you've only been to an event or two and haven't really exposed yourself to a lot of guys, make an effort, shoot someone a text, do something! Most invite only events are happening in the next few days but bids can still be handed out until next Thursday and all fraternities have Chapter that they would be able to vote on you before then.

Talk to the guys in the house, not other pledges, to the extent possible. A handful of guys need to know you when your name comes up in voting.
