Only if they want to get caught and screwed by IFC, so probably not. If they were having something small with brothers and a few girls, they wouldn't tell you on a anonymous site that hundreds of people can see.

^Totally correct. Unless you are talking about houses that are not recognized by IFC, in which case they do not have any real rush rules to follow.

There will be tailgates. They'll be at satellite houses, not at the actually fraternity houses.
