fiji and theta chi are the ones people always mention. theta chi moreso than fiji i think. they have momentum going with a new house and increasingly good quality of guys.

fiji hasn't really done much in the last few years

I would agree with both of the above posters. Theta Chi and Fiji are definitely on the rise, it's personal preference as to which people feel is the better of the two. In the end, almost every sorority is represented at any given party they have and they have socials and pre-bars with the same sororities.

Psi U is just starting up and getting themselves established so they are much lower tier-wise than Theta Chi or Fiji but they are without a doubt on the rise and should not be ignored.
