rush

I plan to rush next month and was wondering, do all the top tier girls pref the same houses? Or could you have a bottom tier and a top tier house on your list? I ask because I'm a legacy to a bottom house but I know lots of girls from a top tier house and I think I might fit in there better.

When I rushed, it was pretty common for girls to have prefs in the same tiers, but certainly not always. I had one top tier, one middle/top tier and one middle tier. But one girl had Kappa (she was a leg) and DDD (She went DDD---she felt she fit in better). And one of my friends in my group had GPhi, AEPhi and KKG (she went GPhi)---you don't usually see girls choosing between AEPhi and GPhi. So, you see, it totally depends on where you click.

Please give your legacy sorority--and all the other ones--a chance. It's a big deal to be a legacy and it's really cool to be able to share that with a family member. Remember that it's a mutual selection process so they're picking you too.
