OMG! Seriously, the number of posts on here about Sig Ep, FIJI, Theta Chi, Pike and Lodge are just embarrassing. Please stop!!! You guys will always be middle and this is why. You seem obsessed by your status and the differences and similarities between your houses.
It's not that hard. Just be chill and focus on recruiting the best quality guys you can. PNMs, stop asking these questions, just go through rush and decide for yourself!

I think it is all based off of personal preference. Theta chi has a lot more cali kids and stoners. Fijis throw a lot of parties and have like a split of really cool guys and some ehh guys. Sig Ep try really hard to be "fratty" and it seems like you're either a sig ep fan or your not. I don't know Pike and Lodge so I can't really talk about them. I'd say rank wise it would go Sig Ep, Fiji, Theta Chi, Lodge, Pike.

oh i so bet you are a top house gurl!
there are just as many questions about the top sororities and the top frats, let's take a step back here and actually try to answer a curious freshman's question instead of trying to bash a group of fraternities for someone else's interest
