Tridelt and there are rising but they still have a while to go before they are near the level of piphi/xo/aephi

That means you're implying DG did a stellar rush job last year... Which I thought no one agrees with.

even if dg has an amazing rush this year they still won't pass gphi or kappa and thats just the way its going to be for the time being. dg is definitely still top tier there is no arguing that but its going to take multiple stellar pledge classes in a row to become "top house"

Why do people always consider Gphi and Kappa "solid top" with DG always trailing? I think the DG girls are just as cute, sweet, involved and infinitely classier.

personally when it comes to sig ep, fiji, theta chi, the lodge and maybe even sig chi, it really just comes down to personal preference

I went to one theta chi party and it was the snow party and I actually had a lot of fun. Quit bashing the house. If you didn't feel threatened you wouldn't feel the need to.

Sororities pretty much all move up and down millimeters at a time with the exception of AZD because they're new.
Fraternities are different though. The biggest reason Fiji is moving up is because they get good humo partners (Kappa, GPhi the last 2 years) and haven't gotten in any trouble with IFC in quite some time. DU is rising since they just came off a big 2 year suspension this year. Theta Chi is rising because they got a new house. All of the fraternities that are falling (Chi Phi, Sig Ep, Sig Chi) is just because they've gotten in trouble with the university (which it's almost impossible not to with the rules they have in place). Very little of the rising and falling is actually caused by "amazing" or "crappy" pledge classes, but rather by luck and who the university catches red-handed for breaking one of their rules when nearly every house does.

Very accurate list for the girls. In the top tier, everyone talks about Kappa and Gphi all the time. However, my rush prediction is if DG has another stellar rush this fall, they will be top house!!!
