stably middle tier. some people say they are falling but they aren't gonna fall out of the middle at all. nice house with a good location on the lake with a dock. have a reputation for being party girls.

Fun girls. Comfortable with not being "top tier". More down to earth than than most. My buddies and I enjoy hanging with them

pi phi has super chill girls. they aren't as sororityty and annoying as most of the other sororities but they are all still involved in it. I've only been to their house once but it is nice and a great location.
