junior and formal recruitment

by: Curious

What's the likelyhood of me getting a bid during formal recruitment as a junior? I don't care about tiers, all I want is to join a sorority.

unless you are close friends with someone in the house already you have no chance at all. I'm really sorry to say that but it's just how it is

You will be fine just look polish and have good conversational skills. You will have to be a bit more open-minded in your expectations but I find it impossible to imagine houses just DON'T take juniors unless they knew you before...

If you do get cut, you can work with panel. The people at Panhellenic are so nice they would definitely help you out in getting the one you want or at least a strong fit. I would have no problem with a junior in a pledge class if she is really likable and genuinely into the whole sorority experience
