So with Chi Phi not only being kicked off campus, but also being eliminated by nationals, there will probably be a house on the market very soon. The question is, who gets this prime piece of real estate?

no one. it's owned by chi phi alumni. They will probably end up renting it out and if they did I would bet on either Pike (who has lived there before) or Psi U renting it for awhile

Sorry their alumni own their house, so not only will it continue to be theirs BUT they're also staying together as a fraternity and shadow rushing this fall.
