Upper TOP: DU/Kappa Sig/SAE
Bottom of the Top: Sig Chi/Sig Ep
Upper Middle: Theta Chi/AEPi/FIGI
Middle: Chi Phi/ Pike/Sammy
Lower Middle: DTD
Bottom: Psi U/ZBT
Anything else doesn't matter

you cant really tie houses specifically together like that. as a general rule:
Top and Upper Middle houses (SAE/DU/Ksig/Sig Chi/Sig Ep/FIJI/OX) hang out with pretty much top or middle tier sororities and you will find mostly top or upper middle girls at their parties (gphi/kappa/dg/axo/aphi/piphi). Obviously there are less lower tiered girls at those parties
Middle Tier (Lodge/Pike/Chi Phi/Psi U) they hang out with largely the middle sororities. There are a lot less girls from top houses there and a lot more girls from lower tiered houses.
Once you get down to the bottom tier houses, they hang out with largely the bottom sororities, with a sprinkling in of some girls from middle houses

how would you place it then, outta curiosity? You'd be insane to place fiji or theta chi above them. Maybe sig ep?
So long as sig chi pulls strong pledge classes and continues to hang out with good sororities, they deserve a place in the top tier
