Ksig has the nicest backyard by a long shot but their house is disgusting and needs renovation
Sae and Du probably have the nicest backyard/house combos since they were both recently renovated. Their locations are great too. Only downsides are du is sorta small and sae is super expensive to live in.
Fiji and the lodge both have probably the most historic houses that are both pretty well kept up. Both their backyards need maintenance tho and fiji's location isnt great
Sig ep and theta chi both have nice new houses which means they are cleaner and modern but neither of them have great yards and they both dont really have personality as a house.
Im sorry but im just not a fan of sig chis house at all. It feels like an appt complex. I get it means you have more living space and the basement and backyard are big but it just doesnt feel like a fraternity.

Betas backyard (next to SAE) is actually better right now because they have a dock imo
