out of state

at some state schools it's pretty hard to get a bid if you are coming from out of state, is that the case at wisconsin?

That's definitely not the case here. Out of staters are actually more desirable but IL and MN aren't really considered out of state because there are so many kids from those states.

I wouldn't say they're more desirable. In fact, they're often problematic members, as they made the decision to come here because it's a party school and thus are detached from the parts of Greek life that make it "good".
