frat breakdowns?

Hey so im a senior coming to Madison next year and I am definitely joining a fraternity. I just wanted a general breakdown of some of the frats and what you think about them. Likes/dislikes? Any that are overrated/underrated ? And their general reputations. My dad was in Ksig but I wanted a feel for every house before I get there and not only focus on them. All comments welcome thanks
