How do SAE, Sig Ep, OX, FIJI, Chi Phi compare to each other?
And is Sig Ep on probation?

first one is spot on...the comment above is so off.
DU and Theta Chi couldnt be further apart....they dont attract any similar guys. SAE and Chi Phi is so off as well...Chi Phi and Pike are both very simliar and attract the same guys while also both are considered bottom tier. I agree with the first comparisons.

SAE: pretty clear cut better than the rest you listed. a lot of athletic minnesotan kids (hockey). just got a new house, good sorority relations, guys actually seem to get along. Only downside is that they are kinda egotistical and are almost exclusive in who they chill with
Sig Ep/FIJI: I'd say they are sorta on the same level and are pretty similar houses: both good sorority relations, nice houses, good normal guys. the sig ep guys tend to be more attractive/fun and the FIJI guys are nicer/more chill. They mix with pretty much all the good sororities but aren't seen as fun as SAE
OX: a lot of people put them on the same level as FIJI and Sig Ep but I kinda see them a little lower. the most laid back of the houses ya listed. A lot of kids from Cali and the East coast. just got an AMAZING new house. if any of the houses are on the upswing, it's tachi. Are really tight with AXO and Aphi.
Chi Phi: On a completely different level. Socially way worse, only regularly mix with Theta and Tridelt (worst sororities). They have a house but it's nowhere near as nice as the others you listed. They are the sorta weird dudes from highshool who are trying to reinvent themselves in college and it sorta worked but you can still tell they are kinda weird
From what I've heard: Sig Ep is on probation but it is almost over and the people who were involved with the incident were expelled and the actions of them is not representative of the chapter as a whole.

SigEp was on probation. It may still be going on, I'm not sure.
SAE and SigEp are relatively close together socially, with SigEps guy's being a bit more stereotypical fratty.
SigEp and FIJI have quite a few similarities. If SigEp can't figure out their disciplinary situations soon, there's no reason FIJI can't evolve into the better house.
Chi Phi is closer to FIJI or Lodge than OX, but isn't as close as the other two above
OX is hard to compare to given the... unique laid back thing they have. Not somethign I'd want to be a part ofpersonally, but at least they aren't as try-hard as they used to be

I'd say you're on the right track, however as far as guys go I'd say:
Sig Chi and K Sig are similar
Fiji and SigEp are similar
DU, and theta chi are similar
SAE and Chi Phi are similar
The lodge isn't part of the original post but I'd say they're comparable to Pike.
