do people actually rate the fraternities on here or is that all self ranks? and would someone explain why theta chi has 95 likes and the next house has like 50?

Girl here. Never ranked a frat but obviously rank my sorority. It's probably all self ranks. And OX has a bunch of self ranks followed by 1 stars. They're volatile cuz their new house and fast growth so they attract a lot of attention both good and bad
