spring rush
by: dudeI'm looking to join a smaller, less established, not "top tier" fraternity in the Spring because I want to help my future house become a presence on campus and improve their relations. Any houses that are currently on the upswing?

I would agree, Fiji and Theta Chi definitely have opportunities for growth and you could still make an impact there. Moving a middle tier fraternity forward is harder than moving any other fraternity forward so if you like a challenge, go for it!
If you want to make an easy impact, Psi U would be your best bet. But any really dedicated member could make an impact. With a fraternity so small you need 4-5 people exactly like you or it won't be worth it.

Chi Phi has the privilege of being relatively new since recolonizing on campus, but with the benefit of a great house, great location, and great tradition on campus for generations. Their fall PC was large, and they're absolutely on the upswing. It's an exciting future and now is the time to get on board if you want your voice to be heard.

FIJI and OX are both pretty established, you aren't going to be able to singlehandedly radically impact their development
Psi U is your best bet for a house on the rise that you could actually impact the development of
