A house is a marketing tool, not so much a selling point. It'll get guys to check them out, then they have to actuallu convince them to join. They've grown a lot these past few years so maybe this'll push them over FIJI closer to SigEp. Rankings are hard to change organically though

don't really think it will change much. A lot of people got new houses this year. A nice new house full of theta chi's is still a house full of theta chi's. It'll probably just solidify their place as a stable house for the future
