Do you think alpha xi delta will be able to recruit a good group of girls? Also what frats will they have date parties with?

Alpha Xi Delta is brand new on this campus. No one has any idea what frats they'll mix with. I bet they'll have a pretty good group of girls! Plus it would be super cool to be a founding member.

I think a lot of the girls who join won't care about the whole tier thing. If their only concern was tiers, they would've gone through formal recruitment. This is a great chance for leadership and for girls who might not have liked the idea of formal recruitment. Success for them is not going to be based on what frats they mix with. If that's your only concern, I wouldn't join--and they probably won't pick you.

Do you know what tier they will be considered as?

they probably won't be any tier for the first year. after that, probably middle unless their founding class is questionable and subsequent first formal rush suck---then they'll be bottom. no way they'd be considered top even if they had a ton of great girls. i mean, look at how hard alpha phi has been working to get into the upper middle tier---it's taken years.

Do you think them having a nice house in the future help their rep?

Probably. I actually think they are going to do well. I think there are definitely girls that would rather be in a sorority that has no stereotype.

It'll be a tough few years at first but hopefully, they will grow in time. Just trying to be honest because if you look at the current sorority tiers here, they haven't changed much at all for a very long time.
