not allowed to rush if my gpa is below b+?

Just read that kappa, theta and aphi won't let me rush if I didn't have a b+ average in high school

where did you read that? when you rush you HAVE to go to all houses for first rounds. whether they choose not to invite you back because of gpa is one thing, but you can still rush. after first rounds you also have to go back to every house that invited you back
