Real Frat Ranks No Bias

Actually Frat Ranks from someone who was not in a top house (I dropped). Also tiers not in any order.

Top: Fiji / Beta / SAE
- will always be the top 3 unless they get in serious trouble.

Low Top: Theta Chi / AEPi / DU
- Just barely below the top 3 all still rlly good and fun

Upper Mid: Pike / Delt / Lodge
- Still pretty good just not as popular as the ones above them.

True Mid: KSig / TKE / Phi Delt / ZBT
- all fine houses but think they are better than they actually are.

Lower Mid: Acacia / Dchi / TDX
- These are the houses that have some weird guys and some chill. These are worst “relevant” houses.

Upper Bottom: ASig / PKS / Pi Lam
- These houses get weird guys and aren’t really relevant with any good sororities. Only vibe with the bottom 3 sororities.

Low Bottom: Sig Pi / AGR / Everything else
- Anything in this category is not a real frat and are not relevant at all.
