Dchi darty/socials
by: RealllIdk who their social chair is but they gotta get rid of him. They got a huge lawn and a pretty good house and their darty was completely empty on Saturday. Had potential to be a solid frat but their social and new pledge classes have completely ruined it in my opinion. Waste of the Langdon house.

dchi does not own 200, chi phi should rent 200 out to another frat who actually puts their house to good use. zbt and sig chi both lost their house.

Sig Chi does in fact still own their house. They just need the guys. ZBT didn't really lose their house, they just got put into a bad situation by JEM who sold it off cause an organization offered a few million above market value.

Chi Phi is never coming back lol, plus dchi wants to move on from the 200 house anyway, nice house for a frat but dirty.

Chi Phi is coming back. They're national announced it a few months ago, and multiple alum have mentioned. You can't just manifest that they won't because you don't want them to. Also, where are they gonna find a "better" house. That house is already objectively nice compared to some of the other frats on campus. Classic DChi.
