Who doesn’t own their house?

And who actually owns these houses? Eg. Pike’s house belongs to Sig Chi and they might lose it in a few years.

Pike rents from Sig Chi
Phi Delt rents from Sig Ep
D Chi rents from 200
Sammy rents from KSig
Others who don’t own their house Aepi, ASig, ZBT, PKS, Sig Pi, Pi Kapp, probably a lot of the other small and new houses as well

200, Ksig, Sig Chi and Sig Ep all own houses but currently rent to other fraternities, not sure about satellite or senior houses but assume most are rented
