Sig Chi at Madison?

I saw a post on the Madison story about Sigma Chi. We have one? Does anyone know anything about them?

They just restarted but they got no parties and maybe 10 guys max, you'd be paying dues for basically nothing it's not worth it

I think they have a bit more than that from looking at their insta. I also heard they own the Pike House. Not sure about that one though.
