Best parties houses guys etc, pretty stagnant
Tier 2:

Aepi / OX / Pike / DU

Still great parties houses guys just a tier below

Tier 3:

Lodge - decent house parties sometimes flop, house is super sick though and guys are like nice so good dudes and brotherhood
TKE (sopro still?) - Always in trouble with university and IFC but had a fun party and great tailgate and kinda stuck here unless they fix their act and behave
KSig- Prob the best house in this list, have some oddballs but parties have been electric and will definitely be taus in coming years
ZBT - Fire parties and all the guys are cool they just don’t really have socials and like don’t have a huge campus presence

Tier 4:

Phi Delt - Cool guys just mid parties and not a huge campus presence but decent house

Acacia - Weird corny guys lol would not recommend going here but they do deserve to be in this tier because their tailgates can be fun
but parties are kind of beat
TDX - idk much about them

Tier 5:
Dchi, Pks- just don’t go here to be honest these houses aren’t fun and no guarantee for normal guys \n\n\n\n\n
