What tier is Zeta Psi?

What tier would you guys out Zeta Psi in? I know they’re new but they have a pc of 34 guys and good relations in the class of 28. Will they move up when they get their new house next year?

Probably like lower mid their parties are better than acacia but their house is off Langdon and not a lot of girls know about them
